Linda Scainetti, owner and founder of Designworks LPS, LLC, has been a designer of choice for commercial clients in the New York metro area for more than 25 years.  An NCIDQ Certified and New York State Licensed Interior Designer recognized for her hands on attention to every project and client, Scainetti’s expertise includes commercial interior design, planning and construction drawings. 

 

Established in 2001, Designworks LPS, LLC works with building owners, managers and real estate brokers in creating and maintaining building plans, developing space plans and producing construction drawings for tenants, and the renovation and design of building lobbies and public areas.

 

Fully trained in commercial interior design, space planning and Auto CAD, Linda’s team is up- to date on all fire, egress, safety codes, and handicap codes for accessibility.
